Does Migranil Medication For Migraine Has Any Side Effects?

Hi,
I get frequent headaches (once in a week) and i get only afer 4 PM. my doctor told me its migraine and has no cure. he prescribed me to take Migranil + Hifenac P tablets when I get headache. Is it truely incurable? Does this medicines has any side effects??
