Does Mirena IUD Cause Persistent Pain And Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, I had Mirena IUS inserted a week ago to help regulate menstrual bleeding. I have been in pain since I got it, but the bleeding has stopped. Now I feel a painful constant pinch when I set down mostly. It hurts. Is this normal? I also have a water discharge almost like pee.
