Does Mirena Coil Cause Bleeding And Irritation In Vagina?

i am 48 years old and have a mirena coil i am experiencing some light break through bleeding,also i get irritation and sometimes inflammation in the vagina ,and last couple of days i have noticed a slight tingle in my nipples.. basically do i need to get the mirena taken out and am i at risk to fall pregnant. many thanks..
