Does Monsel S Solution Used For Cervical Biopsy Cause Bad Vaginal Odour?

I just had a cervical biopsy on Monday. Now I know the monsels solution they put on after the procedure is known to have an odor, but here I am four days after having it done and its just now becoming an apparently horrid smell and no discharge. Please help! How can I get rid of the smell?
