Does No Discernable Upper Lobe Infiltrates In My Second Test Mean The Findings Are Negative?

I had been to x-ray few months ago and there are findings. The doctor told me that l have suspicious apical (L) densities. They suggest that l will take another test and the second test says No discernable upper lobe infiltrates what does it mean?is it negative?or l need further test
