Does Nurofen Cause Excessive Sweating?

hi I suffer from migrane and headaches I notice recently if I use nurofen for the headache, I suffer from severe sweating .It is not something I have ever had a problem with before but if I lie down and rest to try to get rid of headache after taking nurofen, I will wake up soaking from head to toe. What would cause this is it an allergic reaction? Michele
