Does Omnacortil For Hyperkertotic Eczema Increase The Weight Of The Child?

Sir; my 10 yr old daughter diagnosed with hyperkertotic eczema in bottom foot recently Advised to take omnacortil 10 and apply halovate cream.I m afraid of side effects of steroid medicine.She is already 40kg wt. And may put on more wt. Should I give her omnacortil? Pl advise
