Does Ova Help In Getting Pregnant?

I'm 29 years old we are trying for a baby ,since a year now , and I have taken Ayurvedic Medicean for close to 10months to get conceived now ,but no results.. I met a doctor and she suggested ad ova for 5 day.. How safe and how does it help me .. I can't wait much be a norther any more.plz help me.
