Does Oxycontin Cause Optic Neuropathy?

Hi, my partner has just been told he has optic neuropathy. He is on very heavy drugs due to servere pain. He is on OxyContin 80m , endep, lyric, endep and anti depression medication ,endone He has also had 2 back operations and two rods in his neck. Could all this be a cause of the optic neuropathy.?
