Does Parkinson S Disease Shut Down Motor Functions Completely?

Does Parkinson decease make your body shut down completely? You re not able to move your body at all and some one has to move them for you. Is it hard for them to drink with and with out a straw, swallow pills and food? do they know when they need to use the restroom?
