Does Plan B Need To Be Taken After Sexual Intercourse?

Hi, so I had sex tonight with my boyfriend and everything was normal, we used a condom, however, when we stopped, the condom kind of stayed in me and he cummed a little into it, but i'm not sure if he did in me, but i'm pretty sure he pulled out, and the condom didn't break...do you think i should take plan b?
