Does Plan B Pill Affect Even When The Condom With Semen Was Left In Vagina?

The other night me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom had fallen out with out either of us noticing. The next day I went to take plan b within 10 hours of having sex. The issue is that today I found that the condom was inside me. I am wondering if this will cancel out the plan b as there was semen inside of the condom when I found it?
