Does Plavix Withdrawal Have Any Effect On Hematoma Of Kidney?

My mother had lythotripsy today and now has a large hematoma on her kidney. My worry is because she has had 2 rounds of stints put in her heart and takes Plavix. She stopped taking the Plavix a week ago in preparation for this surgery, so I am wondering what complications may be ahead of us due to the hematoma?
