Does Postinor Cause Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi Doctor, I have been having heavy period now for 5 days. I took the postinor 2 in November and I had my period then. It was late by two weeks in December but then it started 5 days ago and is very heavy. I usually have a 5 day period, but not as heavy as this. Do u think that the postinor I took might have something to do with it?
