Does Prednisolone Tablet Cause Difficulty In Focusing?

Hello, I am female, 58 yrs old and have been on prednisolone 6tabs od for three days. I am to take these tablets first thing in morning for recurrent chest infection, laryngitis but I find a couple of hour after taking the medication I find it difficult to focus. Should I contact my doctor in the morning?
