Does Premarin And Provera Withdrawal Cause Any Side Effects?

I have been taking HRT (Premarin and Provera) for 26 years. I want to stop taking them, but am worried it may send me into both mental and physical problems. The reason I want to stop is because I am now retired and do not fear, as much, the side effects of withdrawal. Can you help with my questions? Thank you.
