Does Premarin Withdrawal Cause Mood Swings And Anxiety?

I came off of Premarin 3+ months ago. I probably came off to quickly. But now I am not living life to its fullest. I have night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety and am generally not myself. Can I go back on Premarin or is there a health risk attached to doing so?
