Does Primolut N Help To Prepone Periods?

I needed to prepone my periods and hence as per doctor's advise took Primolut-N tablets. 2 tablets, thrice a day for 01 day and 2 tablets twice a day for 01 day. No side effects were noticed. Will i surely get my periods (regular - 29 days) within 2-3 days???
