Does Primolut-N Intake During Early Pregnancy Affect Fetus?

Hi, I have PCOS and now I found out I have some dobble cystis they look pretty big and doctor gave me Primolut n, I am trying to get pregnant and I am scared if I get during the pill does it effect the baby or I can t get pregnant at all because of the cystis ? Thank you
