Does Proactive Body Wash Help In Treatment Of Back Acne Scars?

I am a 24 year old african american woman who has back acne scars and would like to know if Proactive body wash would help to clear it up because the peroxide body wash did not help and several doctors have said that I can't have a laser treatment because of my skin tone....Help
