Does Proctitis Lead To Flatulence And Blood Discharge During Passing Stool?

I am 46 yr female w/ total hysterectomy over 5 years ago. Last year, every time I felt the urge to use the restroom in any sense, I pass gas first and tissue with a significant amount of blood come out. This happens every time. Even just urinating. I have had 2 colonoscopies which only showed proctitis. I do not believe either doctor. Is there something that can be done. I am not eating and this is still going on.
