Does Rigevidon Increase Acne?

Hi, i have recently seen my GP to go on the pill, they gave me Rigevidon, however i am extremely worried to start taking it as i have read up about the effects on acne. I suffer bad with spots at the moment and are extremely conscious about this. Therefore i need to know if this will make it worse.
