Does Scalp Diprovate Application Treat Dry And Itchy Scalp?

I am having a severe dry and itchy scalp. Because of which the hair has thined in the last 6-7 months. I shampoo my hair daily and observe a lot of calcium in the water. I have been applying oil regularly before I take bath for 20 mins. But still condition is bad. I visited a doctor and he told to use the Scalp Diprovate Application. Just want to check if this is good or not ?
