Does Septol Liquid Rejuvenate Healthy Growth Of Hair?

hi, i have very thin hair and it stopped growing.i recently went to hair specialist called Harley Hair. he had given me a treatment.in that treatment was a dissolver which contains aqua and castrol.Is that good for the hair. He also gave me a Septol liquid.What Is Septol and will it help my hair to grow ???
