Does Seroquel-XR, Adderall, Effexor, Sertraline, Diazepam Or Flurazepam Cause Confusion And Forgetfulness?

I am a 54 year old female. My husband has been paying the bills for about 18 years and then last summer he had me do it. (I was paying the bills 18 years ago and as far as I know I didn't transpose numbers then.
We noticed about that I was transposing numbers in the check book about 4 months ago. I try to be careful but I still do it. I am on a lot of medications for depression and anxiety. I take Seroquel XR, Adderal, Effexor, Sertraline, Diazeapm and Flurazepam. Could the medication be causing me to transpose numbers?
