Does Siphene And Duphaston Treat Infertility?

Dear doctor,
My marriage completed 3yrs, after one year of my marriage my wife conceive, unfortunately it miscarriages. Then after I want issue but not succes. As per doctor advice my wife continue medicine siephene-100 (from 2nd day to 6th day) and duphaston (from16 days to 25 days). This is the right procedure please sussest
