Does Sotret Have Adverse Side Effects?

hello sir..
myself khushbu(25)sir m having acne problem .i hd consult skin dr. 1 yr before.he recommend me to take azee500,use cetaphil lotion and to use nadibact cream.my acne were to some extent ok but not a great change den after 3-4 mnths wen i again visited he said no prblm u shud continue this one wid one night cream adalene but of no use pimples again become spots and wen i visited again to show him he recommend me to take minoz od instead of azee 5oo capsules for 1 month rest creams and lotion are same .it was ok from last month i regularly taking minoz and wen after a month i went him for check up again he recommend me for capsules sotret for 3 months and said dis one will be quite helpful but have side effect of only dryness of lips but to my surprise wen i search on net there are lot of side effects other then dryness.i am in dilemma to take this capsule or not and i also think will it be better to show in aiims.plz recommend me.
