Does TCP Help To Remove Whitehead Spot On Penis?

i had a whitehead spot on my penis, and did the wrong thing and burst it with a needle from a sewing box silly i know it wasnt sterilised , i got most of the bad out and used savlon cream to cover it , only it now wont go ive had it there 3 days it looks like a small boil now, ive just bought tcp will this get rid of it?
