Does Tikosyn Help With Dizziness, Tiredness And Malaise?

I have had four ablations for a fib and a flutter. IT has been a year since my last ablation and I still go into a fib. I have had 2 falls injuring my hands while on medication. I don t tolerate them very well and have tried most. My doctor is now talking of putting me on tikosyn. Will have less dizziness, tiredness, and malaise?
