Does Topamax Used For Migraines Cause Memory Loss?

Heres a little back story with my question. (Sorry a little long) I was on Topamax for 2 years for migraines at 150-200mg dose. I haven t taken it since 2013 when I moved back home after I got out of the military. I have had 3 concussions, the last one I was hospitalized over night for, during my Naval career and never had memory problems before the medicine. After I stopped I was able to speak again and my memory improved but I am no where near where I used to be. I am 25 years old and I will forget what I am saying mid sentence or what I m doing in the middle of something and it s frustrating. It is possible the medication. Could this medicine have had a hand in this?
