Does Tramadol Interfere With Sedation Medication Used During An Endoscopy?

I am getting an upper and lower Endoscopy in the morning and have been taking Tramadol 50mg several times a day for several months. I stopped taking the medication 12 hours prior to the procedure. Will it interfere with the medication the use for sedation for the procedure
