Does Trisomy Have Any Adverse Effects On The Baby?

Hi, I wanna ask a question about trisomy 21. My wife s biochemical data values are PAPP-A(MoM) 1.50 and fb-hCG(MoM) 2.35 respectively. My wife s age is 28. NT and CRL values are 1.7 mm and 67 mm respectively as well. What is the risk of being trisomy 21 of my baby.
