Does Tugain Solution For Hair Fall Contain Steroids?

Hi Doc, I am Raj and I am 26.I have been advised by a doctor to apply tugain solution onto my head to reduce hair loss. I am using this medicine for the last one month. But now, one of my friend who is a pharmacist told me that this medicine have high steroid content which is not good for health. Is that true? is this medicine healthy enough to apply???
