Does UTI Cause Delayed Periods?

Im 30years old and im 26days late ive took A few test all negative. Im having alot of pain. In the pelvic area and have ran a fever today can this be from a infection are can i be pregnant? Also can a uti are bladder infection cause you to miss your period
