Does UTI With Constipation Need Medical Attention?

I have been struggling with a Kidney and uti infection for 2 weeks. I have had very few bowel movements since taking levaquine and cipro. Have not had a good bowl movement in 4 days and that was with the help of a laxative. should I go to the hospital.
