Does Vancomycin Cause Shoulder And Back Pain?

have been on vancomycin iv for six weeks after developing infection after open heart,valve replacement, Last dose was six days ago. Mid week I have been experiencing shoulder, back pain and extreme tired legs yet my cardiologist is pleased with my heart rehab. Any relation or side affects to antibiotic?
