I am taking a birth control called minastrin 24 fe and recently I took one vitafusion hair skin and nail gummy which contains: retinyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol, di- alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacin, vitamin b-6, folic acid, and vitamin b12 and I was wondering if it could affect the effectiveness of the birth control pill?
