Does Wold Yam In Herbal Supplement Affect The Birth Control?

I am taking the birth control Ocella. And planned on taking a herbal supplement that contains Saw Palmetto, Damiana, Dong Quai, Dandelion, Blessed Thistle, Kava Kava, Wold Yam, Mothers Wort, Fenugreek, Black Cohosh, Fennel, Chasteberry, Panax, Soy Isoflavones, and BioPerine... do any of these effect the birth control I am taking?
