Does Xanax Effectively Reduce Anxiety During Cardiac MRI?

I am having a cardiac MRI tomorrow and I am claustrophobic. I have access to Xanax, Ativan or Valium. I do not know which one will work the best for the 45min-1 hour procedure? I want to take whatever will work best for the anxiety of going into that tube. I do have a driver. Thank You
