Does Zoloft Interfere With Thyroid Medication?

I am taking tirosint which I have recently started two weeks ago due to a low thyroid level. I take Zoloft, Seroquil and Domperidon for GI related symptoms. I am 19 years old. I am concerned that I am not taking the thyroid medication at the proper time. I take it in the morning along with Zoloft. Does the Zoloft block absorbtion of the thyroid medication?
