Does A 72-hour Delay In Receiving My Intrauterine Ultrasound Results Indicate A Bad Sign?

I had a intrauterine ultrasound for pelvic pain. Was told I would get my results next day. GP said they re waiting b g for Dr to sign off on it. It s been 72 hours. Nothing is posted and the office has been closed since yesterday 5p until Monday 7 am. Is this a bad sign?
