Does A B HCG Level Of 0.10 And A Small Spot In My Uterus Indicate That I Might Be Pregnant?

Im worried that I m pregnant (my period isn t consistent and the last period that i ve got is 52 days ago, and I have had some periods that is more than 40 days before). So I went to the hospital for check up. My results in my blood test for B HCG is 0.10, but the ultrasound found a small tiny black spot (3.7mm diameter) in my uterus. Does this mean i m pregnant or not?
