Does A Chest X-ray At 4 Weeks Of Pregnancy Pose Serious Risks To The Baby?

Hello sir, My wife had chest x ray without knowing she is 4 weeks pregnant.we have consultation with OB hume she is telling X ray in 1st trimester affect developing baby and may his eye,ear and brain get affected and baby is susceptible blood cancer in later phase of life.she said it better to go for abortion. We are very depressed and worried about the developing baby.please help me as soon as possible Thanks & Regards
