Does A Person With History Of Typhoid Suffer From Hair Loss?

hi doctor, can you help me find the answer why is it my hair easily get loss,it worried me a lot and i feared that i may get bald,i was 30 years old and i got infected with typhoid fever when i was a teenager,is there any connection with my hair loss?
