Does A Slightly Elevated Pus Cell Count In My Semen Analysis Indicate A Problem With Fertility?

Hi doctor I’m 32 years and married 1 year ago. We are trying to conceive and I made semen analysis and got a result as follow: Active 75% Sluggish 5% Immotile 20% Pus cells 2-3 per HPF Normal pus cells range shown on result are 0-2. Are there any problems as pus cells slightly higher than normal.
