Does A Thickened Endometrial Plate On My Scan Indicate Pregnancy, Given That I Missed My Period?

I got this scan rest. Anteverted uterus measured 60×45×34mm with normal homogeneous myometrial echo texture. The endometrial plate is thickened. Both adnexa are free. Is this a positive pregnancy result? My period was last seen on the 7th of last month, I ve not had a period since then
