Does A Tragus Piercing Have Any Risk Of Facial Nerve Damage?

does a tragus piercing have any risk of facial nerve damage, brain damage or death? i've read so many different things online and have had mine pierced a couple of days ago, its absolutely fine and i'm cleaning it day and night but am very paranoid now!
