Does Abdominal Bloating And Hot Flashes Indicate Perimenopause?

Hi, I am 52 years will be 53 in May. The longest I ve missed my period was 2 months July 2014 and August 2014. Was regular since August - February. Last cycle February 3rd. I am very bloated and do have Fibroids, but they are not bothering me at all. Mild hot flashes like 3 or 4 times a day. Am I beginning Periomenopause?
