Does Abdominal Cramping And Bleeding Indicate Pregnancy?

i'm a 27 yr old woman. i have hypothyroidism for which i am on regular treatment from the past 8 yrs though i've never had any problems due it. my cycles have always been regular and even my weight has never increased suddenly. i got married 10 months back. after marriage my routine thyroid test showed increased TSH levels for which the doctor increased the dose. before marriage i always had normal results (i was on 75mcg thyronorm). i want to know whether married life has any effect on the thyroid levels in the body. also i always have 28-30 days cycle and i can 95% of the times predict my next cycle accurately. this month it was supposed to happen on the 8th. i have been trying to concieve for the past 5 months. i was not on any pills anytime. one of my UPT tests done on 14th came negative. my thyroid tests done in jan is normal. today i.e. on the 18th i got mild abdominal cramp early morning and bleeding started. i'm confused whether this is pregnancy or is there any other problem. please guide me.
