Does Abdominal Cramps, Vaginal Discharge And Headaches Indicate Onset Of First Period?

well i have LOTS of discharge and i get headaches on and off for no reason, i have bad cramps and lower back pain, iv had thease symtoms for 2-3 days now when will i get my first period, soon or in a long time, i dont really want it i just want to know when to preapear.

and im 12
